Microsoft® Office 365™ Migration
ABS’ Network Operations Center (NOC) team has completed 300+ Office 365 migrations since September 2013 and our Microsoft Exchange® Specialists handle EVERYTHING!
Depend on ABS to help make smart technology decisions and maximize return on transitioning to Microsoft Office 365 cloud. We will provide a platform that’s built to scale and designed to enhance collaboration, boost security and remote access capabilities, and more. But what’s the best way to go about migrating from on premise Exchange servers to the cloud?
Any Migration. Any Size.
ABS specialists can execute all three Office 365 migration support cutover migrations – and scheduling the project couldn’t be easier. Easily submit a request to ABS and our Network Operations Center (NOC) timeline is establishes the work to be completed overnight or during the weekend so there’s no downtime or user impact. And because ABS’ Remote Monitoring Management agent already captures much of the information required to complete the migration, there’s no additional software and/or hardware requirements.
Complete, End-to-End Support
Many software migrations will only work if all of the data has been lined up in exactly the right manner before the project kicks off – and if something breaks along the way, you might find the project stopped cold in its tracks. With ABS, our technicians won’t let a few bugs slow down a client’s Office 365 migration; we’ll be ready to jump in and resolve any issues that arise during the project, and if support is required directly from Microsoft we’ll even open a ticket with them to resolve the issue so you can run your company throughout the migration process. If there are any bugs or outstanding issues once the project is complete, don’t worry – our team will be there to provide additional support and ensure everything is working properly. No “automatic software solution” can offer that level of service!
No Training or Specialized Knowledge Required
With three different migration types and a number of different Exchange server types to support, handling an Office 365 migration in-house requires a technical staff with both Microsoft expertise as well as an understanding of the migration tool(s) being used. Additionally, there are processes like implementation and configuration of DirSync, Active Directory (AD) Connect or AD Federation Services that can’t be automated and require hands-on support. With ABS, there’s no need to invest additional time or resources to ensure you’re fully-prepared to support the project – you can simply call us and forget it.
No End User Involvement
Many “software-driven” migrations will require some direct action or input from an end user, such as creating new Outlook profiles, entering credentials, installing applications or adding (and then removing) the software required to complete the migration. When migrations are completed via ABS however, technicians at ABS’ NOC will handle the entire process – meaning no action will be required from you unless an issue that requires intervention arises.
